The Illinois Association of School Business Officials Leadership Institute is a year long professional development opportunity for school business officials to develop skills that will improve opportunities for both individuals and districts alike.

The goal of the project was to create an identity that evoked the expression, "Every journey begins with a single step," to express the transformation of self-discovery each attendee will embark upon during this year-long seminar.
